This cause marketing campaign, known as the Centrum Guardian Project, aims to provide recognition for the emergency services staff that wake up each morning to put their lives on the line to save others, whilst simultaneously recognising the heroes that go the extra mile in this demanding profession.

The participants in this three month project will include City of Johannesburg Emergency Management Services, Ekhuruleni Metropolitan Municipality Emergency Management Services, City of Tshwane Fire Brigade Services, ER 24 and Netcare 911. The campaign will be piloted in Gauteng until the end of July and the winning Guardian will receive a substantial prize courtesy of Centrum.
