Right Stuff at the Durban Beach Festival

Right Stuff is proud to have been awarded the 2007 Durban Beach Festival branding and activation contract. The brief given to Right Stuff was to brand the area, to bring the event into focus to make it more streamlined and eye-catching, ensuring that it is less intrusive than in previous years, giving prominence to the Beach Festival throughout the entire event area.

This entails development of new products and the activating and maintenance of the whole area for the duration of the event which runs from 29 June to 8 July 2007.

Right Stuff did an in-depth study of the area and put forward a detailed plan to the events company, Ethekwini Events Company, by an interactive presentation. The project will involve dressing of the lamp posts, scaffolding, seating platform and entertainment area, placing directional branding, all using original branding on existing structures.

The popular July event will include sports activities, music and dance competitions, and trading stalls. It promises to be a safe and fun-filled event for the entire family and Right Stuff is thrilled to be playing a role in the development of it.
