We are youth from Manenberg, Cape Town, wanting to start a youth project and our project will consist of playwright and drama, drawing and painting, poetry writing and performing, photography and Hip Hop dancing. The project will be for the youth of Manenberg by the youth of Manenberg. We have already received sponsorship for a venue that we can use which is really great but now we need the utensils to actually start. We do plan on doing fundraising too, with the play which will have a different theme and exhibit the drawing and paintings at community events where community will pay to come and take a look what the youth of the community have to showcase. We are asking you as a stranger to assist us making a positive change and any donations we would really appreciate.
